Installation and Activation Instructions

Select the device which you are going to install the eSIM on and how are you going to do it (through QR code or manually)

Direct Installation

In My eSIMs section, click on the eSIM for your destination.

On the next screen, click Install eSIM.

On the next screen click Activate

After few seconds, click Continue

Installation may take a few minutes. Once it’s complete, click Done.

Your phone will automatically open Settings > Mobile Service.

Click on the installed eSIM (e.g., Travel, Secondary, Mobile Data, etc.), and ensure that Data Roaming is turned ON.

Optionally, you can rename the eSIM: tap Mobile Plan Label, then select a name or enter a custom one.

Click on your physical SIM card (Primary) and ensure that Data roaming is OFF.

Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data, then select your eSIM (Travel, Secondary, etc.). You are all done!

eSIM activation for iPhone

Open 'settings' on your iPhone and select Mobile (Cellular)

Click on Secondary SIM

Toggle Turn On this line and Data roaming buttons

Go back to Mobile and select Primary. Keep the 'Turn on this line' button enabled and make sure the 'Data Roaming' button is turned off. You are all done!
