Installation and Activation Instructions
Select the device which you are going to install the eSIM on and the installation options you prefer
Direct Installation
In My eSIMs section, click on the eSIM for your destination.
On the next screen, click Install eSIM.
On the next screen click Activate
After few seconds, click Continue
Installation may take a few minutes. Once it’s complete, click Done.
Your phone will automatically open Settings > Mobile Service.
Click on the installed eSIM (e.g., Travel, Secondary, Mobile Data, etc.), and ensure that Data Roaming is turned ON.
Optionally, you can rename the eSIM: tap Mobile Plan Label, then select a name or enter a custom one.
Click on your physical SIM card (Primary) and ensure that Data roaming is OFF.
Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data, then select your eSIM (Travel, Secondary, etc.). You are all done!
